“First I would like to say the team at Stonekraken was top notch. I had many questions prior to purchasing and the guys were easy to connect with and help me out. To address the elephant in the room, a splitter like this is an expensive purchase. However, the last couple of jobs I have been on, what me and one of my employees could do in two days we now do in one. I’m not even exaggerating, this sped up our process so much its already paid for itself. As far as what stone I work with, we primarily just work with granite and this tool has completely exceeded my expectations. Of course, stone isn’t perfect and you get the odd ball splits that don’t go your way, but I am constantly breaking the stone and look at it in amazement by how well it splits.
