RETURN POLICY

At Brown Brothers Tool Company LLC (“BBTC”), we build tools to go straight to work. That said, if you get a Stonekraken and decide it’s not for you before it’s been used, we’ll take it back.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

 

    •    The tool is unused (has not been put into service at all)

    •    It’s in original condition, with no wear, damage, or modification

    •    All original parts and packaging are included

 

Once the tool has been used—even briefly—it’s considered in service and no longer eligible for return.

 

What We Don’t Take Back

 

We can’t accept returns for:

 

    •    Tools that have been used in any capacity

    •    Tools that have been modified or altered

    •    Damage caused by misuse, handling, or storage issues

    •    Hydraulic components (these are covered under a separate manufacturer’s warranty)  

 

How to Start a Return

 

Reach out to us with:

 

    •    Proof of purchase

    •    A quick note on why you’re returning it

    •    Photos if we ask for them

 

We’ll review it and send back return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back until you’ve heard from us.

 

Shipping

 

    •    Return shipping is on you

    •    Use a trackable, insured method.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect the tool:

 

    •    If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

    •    Refunds are for the purchase price only

    •    Original shipping costs are not refundable

 

Damaged or Defective

 

If something shows up damaged or there’s a defect, let us know right away. That falls under our Limited Warranty, not a return .

 

Bottom Line

 

If it hasn’t been used, we’ll take care of you.

If it has, it’s built to keep working—and backed by our warranty.
